Why do you think your character would work in this setting?

Because I'm a dick She'll be incredibly stressed with belief that hope is nonexistent for the longest time. Her canon point is a very high point in her life, and she might cause some minor destruction when she shows up based on how her response to that works out.

Once she gets settled in, she'll be working as an artist in whatever form she can manage, working to remember lessons learned back home, even if unintentional, while still trying to be Maya. The latter being far easier with her lack of Riley Matthews to hold her back.

How do you plan to expand their CR?

She's a punk with no hope in this place that thinks hope is pointless and nothing good will happen to her. She will likely be a brat around the place and need good influences in her life before she winds up in jail always.
